Prenatal Visits
INFORMATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family. I will be available to you for 2 prenatal visits, One in your home with your partner present, where I can help you create a birth plan and one with your care provider if you would like to go over your birth plan.  I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Birthing Guidance

As your Doula, I promise to offer support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in contact via text or calls to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any guidance or support needed prior to your labor.  Once active labor has started, I will meet you at your chosen destination to provide in person support and help you through your birth journey.
Postpartum Support
OFFERING SUPPORT
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. After delivery, I will help you initiate breastfeeding, if that is your chosen method of feeding.  After I leave the hospital, about 2 hours after delivery, I will be available to you  for any questions you may have.  Depending on which Doula package you choose, I will provide you and your family with with a few postpartum visits.  The nature of these visits are based on you and what you need.  Whether it be breastfeeding counseling and support, to holding your baby so you can shower, or just be an understanding ear to chat about your new addition to your home.
